Who can use it
The software is for adults who look after a home. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
Your license
Nostradomo LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and the software for keeping your own home inventory, property records, and household asset information. The software and the site remain the property of Nostradomo LLC.
This website is a public company site. It does not provide an account, and using it does not create one.
Your records
Information you enter stays yours. You give Nostradomo LLC permission to host that information and display it back to you so the software can work.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or the software to break the law, to harm another person, or to submit information you do not have the right to submit.
You may not attempt to gain access to accounts, systems, or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, or probe it for a weakness except where the law expressly allows that activity. You may not copy the software in order to resell it or to build a competing service from it.
No warranty
The website and the software are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, Nostradomo LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the website or the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Records you keep in the software are not a substitute for deeds, insurance policies, or advice from a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nostradomo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the website or the software.
To the extent the law allows, Nostradomo LLC’s total liability for a claim relating to the website or the software is limited to the amount you paid Nostradomo LLC for the software that gave rise to the claim. Some places do not allow certain limitations, and in those places the limitation applies only as far as the law permits.
Apple App Store
If you download an iOS app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to that app, in addition to these terms. Where the two conflict on a point Apple requires its license to control, Apple’s license controls for that point.
Google Play
If you download an Android app from Google Play, Google’s terms for that store may also apply to the download. These terms still govern your use of the software as between you and Nostradomo LLC.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
Nostradomo LLC may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. Continued use after the new version is posted means you accept the update. The current version is always available at this address without signing in.
